The side deck is enclosed with bird netting so cats and small dogs can remain safely enclosed while enjoying the outdoors.

Free On-Site Parking includes one garage spot (two if the cars are really small) and two driveway spots (or one if it’s an SUV).
Additional on-street parking is available (for periods of 24 hours or less).

Bothell, WA, offers an ideal blend of city convenience and suburban charm, a mere twenty miles from the heart of downtown Seattle, and close to Bellevue, Kirkland, and the popular Woodinville wine district. Modern living with easy access to I-405 and SR-522, including public transportation hubs. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Sammamish River Trail, the Burke-Gilman Trail, and St. Edwards State Park.
Spirit Ridge is a newer community in a fabulous location, nestled in an enclave of homes up on a ridge off of Bothell-Everett Highway. Within a two-mile radius you’ll find several grocery and specialty stores, dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, and breweries, and you won’t want to miss the iconic “Anderson School,” a McMenamins Entertainment Center with a boutique hotel, pool, movie theater, and several restaurants with outdoor dining with live entertainment.
